Optional ATT Maintenance Agreement includes:

• Software upgrades
• Unlimited upgrade support
• Software fixes
• Software updates
• Telephone support
• Email support
• TIG stores back-up copies of your configuration files

Optional ATT Support Agreement includes everything from the ATT Maintenance Agreement above and:

• Guaranteed response time
• Guaranteed resolution time
• Availability of TIG International resources during agreed business hours
• Optional after hours support
• Can be combined with other TIG Support Agreements
